How to Put on a Regain Adult Diaper
Turn your loved one on their side and unfold a Regain Adult Diaper behind them.
Gently roll your loved one so they are lying on their back and on top of the diaper. Pull the front of the diaper to waist level.
Fold both sides of the diaper over your loved one’s stomach and fasten the adhesive tapes securely.
Tip: Ensure you adjust the diaper around the waist and legs for a comfortable fit.

To measure your loved one’s waist, it is preferable to have them in a standing position. If this is not possible, they can be lying down.
Step 1
Locate these two points on your loved one - the top of their hip bone and the bottom of their ribs.
Step 2
Ask your loved one to breathe out normally and place the measuring tape midway between these points, in line with the belly button.
Step 3
Wrap the tape comfortably around the waist, without pulling into the skin.
Note: If your loved one is lying down, ensure that you can comfortably fit one finger under the tape.
